I love raspberry …
I love raspberry leaf tea!. The heating pad also has an adverse effect on me. It increases blood flow. I’m glad it works for you. Something I’ve encouraged cramp suffers to do is make sure they take an excellent calcium magnesium daily. I also encourage cramp sufferers to have a good bioavailable chewable cal-mag on hand during this time & take a dose every couple hours until cramps subside, if you experience diarrhea you know you’ve had enough, but most folks don’t get that far.

Hi, thnx for ur …
Hi, thnx for ur tips. all of them excellent.
I actually drink just normal hot tea with milk(Indian) during my cramps which are a nightmare everytime. The tea helps immensely and almost immediately. My opinion is that anything hot will help a bit with the cramps as it will loosen the muscles. But tea will help more as it tends heat up the body too.
I too didnt know about fenugreek helping.
thnx again.

It’s wonderful that your culture uses curry and fenugreek as part of your every day diet. It is very healthy for you as is Turmeric. These spices have been studied for anti-cancer and antibacterial properties. In the last few years, I have started cooking with it more too and I really love it
