Can I sell the herbal remedies I have been passing out like candy>?

For the past few years I have been treating myself and my family with herbal remedies. Recently, many people have been seeking my help. I have been giving so many people herbal remedies that my herbs disappear as soon as I buy them! Can I charge them or will I get arrested?
No defenatly only used to treat things like coughs/colds, allergies, ulcers, constipation, balding, all sorts of mild complaints.

It depends. Are those herbal remedies intended to give people a high? If so, you will get arrested. If not, selling something here and there, is not going to get you in trouble unless someone dies. If so… you will be in deep sh#$$t.
P.S. If you happen to make a lot of money make sure you let Uncle Sam know. He likes to get his fair share…

    I don’t think I would charge unless you get the herbs from health store and you need your money back. I don’t charge anything because I pick and dig the herbs in the woods/fields I would feel wrong to do that.
