PLEASE READ I TOOK THE TIME TO GIVE YOU SOME TIPS!=)
I love eating healthy food almost as much as i eat fast food. Im tryng very hard to stay away from carbs 3 hours prior to bedtime because it can add to my muffin top. I try to also dirink green tea because it has endless benifits for the body internally and externally. Green tea clenses and detoxifies the body from impurities and can increase fat burn. Make sure you eat breakfast lunch and dinner at the appropriate times and do not over eat. When you feel you need a snack between meals snack on fruit and vegetables, stay away from carbs at snack time because we can over eat carbs very easily. Eat carbs at your three meals of the day and make sure they are whole grains!
I am currently excersizes about 2hrs a day to really tone up my body and elimate the muffin top I have. I am using the Billy Blanks video and i have heard excellent weightloss and toned up bodies that have benifited from it. Never give up always fight to the finish and put all effort. It takes time and patience so do not get discouraged. Set reasonable goals for weighloss. I myself do not own a scale and i dont think anyone should because then you obsess over the numbers of how much you weigh and how much you lost or gained. Just workout until you reach your goal and then maintain the fiqure you always wanted.

You could try …
You could try vegies such as cucumbers, tomatoes with salt and add a little zest to it by sprinkling some lemon on top, its a nice way of eating healthy. Also you could try a multigrain cracker it is very low salted ( however it is a carb) i would avoid carbs 3 hours prioor to bed, they are the more fattening snacks lol

Low fat is good, however it can still add to muffin top or turn it into fat, eat it 3 hours prior to bedtime though if you want to eat it. Or you could have a low fat vanilla yogurt.

Green tea is very good from you I drink my tea everyday it’s also very good for your hair drink it every day for six months straight or more cause is good for u and you can tell the difference my hair is growing faster now n I’m getting regular on my every month visit which I wasn’t so I think is thanks to the green tea : D

I know but after a while it’ll become easier believe me. i always take a shower, wash my hair, make phone calls, cleaing a bit or reading in the evening to keep myself busy. I also eat sometimes the white part of the boiled egg because that’s only 10calorie, the yolk has 58 per piece!!!
