Darin Steen Challenges P90X With Fat loss Lifestyle; Prone Knee CrunchFor Ripped Abs

Author: admin  |  Category: fat loss

Go to http://www.FatLossLifeStyle.com & I will teach YOU little known Nutrition Principles that will force you to gain muscle & lose fat faster than ever.

I started passionately studying what lean people were doing in 1981 because my waistline was 40 inches. I have learned a lot since then. I am now in the best shape of my life at the age of 44.

My waistline is now 31 inches. Nutrition is 60-70% of your fat loss / muscle gain program. Follow me & I will teach you exactly how to eat for your body type, activity level, starting point, & your goals.

You can work-out till your blue in the face but if you do not incorporate Interval Cardio (done first thing in the morning in a fasted state), intense functional multi-joint, compound exercises, small healthy meals often with protein and carbs combined together, positive mindset, goal setting & social support (you will turn into who you hang around) you will not change your body much.

But if you do focus on the 5 pillars of fitness & health, you will radically change your waistline, your lifestyle, and your life.

YOUR ATTITUDE WILL DETERMINE YOUR ALTITUDE (how high you go in life) YOUR WAISTLINE DETERMINES YOU ATTITUDE

GET A BETTER BODY; GET A BETTER LIFE!!

The main reason to workout abs is because strong abs will stabilize your lower back and prevent you from an injury; but as a side benefit a 6-pack looks great! Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A couple of rubber bands & some good exercises is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

You do not need any equipment. In fact most of the clubs are wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars on equipment that is making peoples bodies less functional and worse off. I highly advice you to pick one mentor at a time, limit your information, train hard & smart, and expect success!!

I’ll teach you how to gain muscle lose fat the right way… which is alot easier then you think. Bodybuilders are not the only ones that burn fat and still increase muscle.

Fat burning power comes from eating more often. If you want to burn away belly fat you can do that but you will also have fat loss in other areas of your body… with is healthy and want you want. If you looking for the best fat burner in the world…

You have found it it’s called the Darin Steen Pill. I have an uncanny ability to motivate, inspire, and inform you. I believe in you and you in turn will start to believe in yourself.
Once you believe in you; look out; cause thats where the magic happens.

    i dont doubt it. there is a big misconception that more time in the gym = better results. this isnt necessarily true. workouts should be somewhat short but INTENSE. eat right and sleep well and your body will take care of itself.

    I agree with …
    I agree with themango69 to a degree. I went through P90X and am in the middle of P90X Plus as well. I came here because I’m always looking for a new challenge. I think you can provide different variations to do that. You may have a point to compounding exercises to work more core. This is what the plus version does as well. However, I worry the more complicated moves using weights have a higher chance of causing injury. It’s more important to have proper form while no one is there to ensure it.

    And you sound like you worship Tony Horton as a cult leader.

  19. BoruJudasDedrich Says:

    P90X is, dollar for …
    P90X is, dollar for dollar, the best fitness investment you can make. I know that using a trainer can possibly yield better/quicker results than P90X…especially for specific sports-related performance. But they cost too much and trainers make people dependent on them to keep their mind right.

    But nothing will work long term if your mind isn’t right permanently. Thus, I suggest Psycho Cybernetics.

    FYI: Don’t buy P90X directly from their (crooked) distributors. Buy from amazon or ebay.

  20. BoruJudasDedrich Says:

    It’s ironic how …
    It’s ironic how trainers love to show exercises then talk a little about how important it is to eat well.

    Eating well *is* the magic bullet to a healthy lifestyle. Whether you want to live long, build muscle, jump high, etc. The food you eat is the most critical part of your lifestyle. And over 30, the need for healthy food grows exponentially.

    How about a video of going through a grocery store and cooking? You might sell more memberships!

    Because I am …
    Because I am limited by space restraints here; I have put a 5 paragraphs in the “info” body of the video above;

    I do believe that my system is not only better than Tony Hortons, PX90;

    I know that it is the most time efficient; results orientated, safest fitness / fatloss system on the market today.

    You do have the power to change;

  24. lemmiwinks48 Says:

    That was really …
    That was really good, keep it up

  25. themango69 Says:

    Personally, it …
    Personally, it sounds like you are using the name quality of P90x to hype your stuff. The workout you showed is very similar to many things that P90x/P90x+ does, so what exactly are you giving that is better? P90x provides DVDs that I can continuously hit play on and Tony Horton is the one trainer that I could work out to day and night. I have no problem with you challenging the program, but if you are going to do that – provide your contrasts because I see nothing in this video to that end!
