You know what, I tried the 2 week free sample of Alli and I can say that it worked for me. I lost about 7lbs during that time. But, I have friends who’ve tried it and it gave them nothing but problems. So I guess it depends on the body type perhaps?

Not really and it has bowel side effects if you eat poorly. I also wanted to let you know that Healthy Trim is horrible. I took it for 2 days and almost ended up in the hospital. I could not stop vomiting, that stuff is like posion. Eatting healthy and working out would be the best option.
