Idk, umm, walmart didn’t ID me, but over at GNC you usually have to be 18 and over, and as most “diet” pills say in back, 18 and over. I guess it all depends on where you get them. Thank you, I haven’t really taken these in sooo long, hmm….

Just a heads up. The average weight loss wasnt their major claim. Their Major claim was people lost more fat per pound lost. Glucomannan is refered to as Konnyaku in Japan and is used in food addeners for thickness in Japan and elsewhere in the world. Just More info for interested parties. Glucomannan is soluble so having water is a requirement and warm water may help the solute function. Also capsule form with breakaway is the method used now solid capsules “without proper water” can hurt you
