Yes, I always advocate a healthy diet FIRST before taking any diet supplements. And honestly, I don’t recommend any diet pills except hoodia. Even then I only recommend them to certain individuals – those who are hungry all the time and need a little boost suppressing their appetite.

Great tip – apples are awesome appetite suppressants. Eat one apple with 8 oz. of water and you won’t be hungry for a few hours. I recommend this strategy to anyone who isn’t interested in hoodia diet pills. Thanks for sharing the tip.
