    omg i have tried everythin!!!! i have been goin to the gym stoped drinking sodas, cheesseburgers and stop dinnin late but instead of lossin i have gain 7 pounds in one week… omg i hope they so work because i am lossin hope….

    congrats on ur weight loss but i lost a lot just by runnig and hiking and got tone up really good im still working on some parts of my body but i decided to do it the old hard way (no pills) i know sometimes u get tired of carrying extra weight and u just want the easiest way but is not alwayz the best so try to do exercise try to go hiking u wont find anything better then that i promise
