Day 1 of the Master Cleanse / Lemonade Diet.
WHAT TO BUY:
* organic lemons. You’ll need about 5 or 6 for each day’s mix. It’s ok to buy enough fro a few days but don’t get all 10days worth cuz lemons will rot.
* organic maple syrup – grade B. Not the regular kind you usually get to put on pancakes. Get a bigger jug if they have it, you’ll use a lot.
* cayenne pepper
* fresh spring/distilled water. I just bought a Brita and kept refilling it, rather than buying a fresh jug each day.
* herbal laxative tea. This is not part of the actual mixture but will be part of your nightly intake. I got Smooth Move by Traditional Medicinals. It’s also OK to get a 2nd regular mint tea, any basic brand is fine.
* sea salt. Also not part of the mixture but you’ll use this on occassion like the tea.
* lastly, get the book The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs, it gives lots of info about the cleanse history and walks you through important post-cleanse process.
Didn’t get CRAZY hungry today just yet but when I started to, I noticed it was mostly coming from the habit of eating rather than actually wanting to eat. Just drinking more lemonade helps a lot. BE CAREFUL of the tea, let it take its time to kick in before you have more!

LoL I insulted your …
LoL I insulted your intelligence because I told you you’ve got an attitude?
I’m just trying to help you dear, not my fault you’re aggressive.
Like I said before you don’t want people to comment you don’t respond, it’s simple logic like that which makes me wonder exactly what “intellect” I am apparently insulting rofl.
Hey, it wasn’t ME that went out of my way to drop any emails. You should take that stick out of your before you hurt yourself, Ms. Thang.
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
Ok so you asked a …
Ok so you asked a question trying to insult my intelligence and then correct me when you were WRONG all the while. Wow, little girl grow up, get a life and stop replying to people’s comments with false information. Have a wonderful life and stop sending stupid replies repeating things that’ve already been spoken. Seriously, that’s totally WACK!!! LMAO
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
LoL..are you …
LoL..are you serious?
I didn’t get offended about being wrong because if I knew I was right for sure I wouldn’t of asked a question to begin with,I would come out right and tell you you were WRONG, no shit?
All I did was give you some advice on toning down your attitude, which you had in your response.
I did that in a nice witty fashion, and THAT is apparently what got your titties in a vice.
Chill out chick, you need to come to terms with your attitude problem, tone it down and get over it.
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
It was never about …
It was never about an attitude, you assumed I had one. You got offended when I called you out about being wrong and you can’t can’t take that, that’s why you can’t shut up. Seems like you need help because you’re continously going on about something that never existed. Do yourself a favor and find something productive to do. Thanks!!!!!! I’ll pray for you! God Bless.

Hello. Are you …
Hello. Are you stupid? You are constantly on my because you had an attitude, period. You have an attitude problem, need an adjustment, and I called you on it.
It’s not my fault I did so with wit, I am a witty person, do not be ashamed.
Now, get over it hun, it’s getting kind of old. There’s psychological help for people like you.

Honey what are you …
Honey what are you 14? Look I don’t care about your right to comment. The problem is, you replied to my comment stating false information and also concerning yourself within the convo when it had nothing to do with you. You didn’t call me out on an attitude because I never had one in the first place. Now you have your panties in a bunch because you were WRONG and I spoke on it. So in closing, its not that you replied, the problem is you can’t correct someone w/wrong info sweetie.
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
Chick. Do you know …
Chick. Do you know what Do you know what an “Open Forum” is? I have the right to enter any “conversation” I see fit on Youtube, don’t bust my balls because I called you out on your attitude problem.
If you don’t want people to respond to any comment you made, then don’t post a comment.
Got it?
Good.

Lady look at it …
Lady look at it like this, you entered into someone else’s conversation/busy. Worry about your own and get lost.
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
Chick, drop it.
…
Chick, drop it.
If you can’t see you have an attitude that’s your problem, I’m not really here to duke it out with you and if you find it so funny don’t bother emailing me.
The way you come accross to people, is up to you, don’t really care to hear about this anymore, especially not tonight, capesche?
Now run along, “as far as I’m concerned,” we’re done here.
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
So obviously you’re …
So obviously you’re offended because I brought you being wrong to your attention. There was no attitude in that. Actually, I found it a bit funny because you stated “as far as I’m concerned” when in all, it didn’t concern you.

Hi! My friend Ryan …
Danielle
Hi! My friend Ryan and I have begun the cleanse, and your video was the first one we watched. We thought you were great, and positive – so thanks! We’re posting up daily vlogs as we go along too, so if you’re curious, come take a look-see!
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
Maybe you should …
Maybe you should re-read the way you came across then tell me you didn’t have an attitude. You are aware that caps is indicative of shouting, correct? Don’t break the back of the high horse you’re on love and remember it’s not always what you say, it’s how you say it.
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
LoL. I don’t do …
LoL. I don’t do attitudes hun..I was just trying to help you out with not correcting people when you’re wrong! If you feel as though there was some form of attitude within doing that, maybe you should check yours being that it takes one to know one!
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
I think you should …
I think you should get back on the cleanse. It might help detoxify your attitude.
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
Grade C is the …
Grade C is the third run with even more minerals and still stronger taste of maple and
slightly less pleasant for most people, although acceptable in the diet. It is lower in price. As Grade C is
less expensive it can be used as an excellent sweetening agent in preparing foods. The strong maple
flavor blends very well.”
Not sure who gave you the false information but this book can be purchased in the whole foods store. A little F.Y.I don’t try to correct someone when you’re wrong, thanks!

“The maple syrup is …
“The maple syrup is a balanced form of positive and negative sugar and must be used, not some
“substitute.” There are three grades of maple syrup. Grade A is the first run— mild in taste, sweet and
with fewer minerals than the other grades. It is more expensive and less desirable but it may be used. Grade B is the second run with more minerals plus more maple taste. It is more suitable for the diet and
is less expensive.

Yes i’m sure I read …
Yes i’m sure I read that right. You’re WRONG. This is what the original book by Stanley Burroughs says about the different syrups:
February 14th, 2010 at 12:06 pm
Are you sure you …
Are you sure you read that right? As far as I am concerned the book said Grade B is more expensive, grade C being the highest cost and the most nutritional value of the three.

Today was day two …
Today was day two for me. This evening I gave in and had a small meal. The book says I wouldn’t have cravings but i’ve been having them all day! I’m making it altogether to 1 litre, i’m sure i’m doing it right. Maybe it’s because I didn’t ween myself off the food before. I’m going to try again.. Your videos help quite abit, I just need to find the self control!
