I believe Alex Chiu’s stuff, this, and a whole bunch of other bunch of cleanses all combined together in an integrated sort of unison, can bring back the explosive, youthful energy we had back when we were kids. I want to be in the best of shape so I can enjoy life to the max, and not feel like I don`t have enough energy to do everything I want to do. This stuff is good, try it. This is what partially separates the athletes from the couch potatoes.

The health problems that you risk by removing the gallbatter are bigger that risking to do this flush< it might work very good for you and then you do not need to remove your gallblatter.
If I would be you I would put aside the fear, wich is not a good councelor anyway, do the flush and see if you still need to remove the Gallbblatter after the flush.
If you get a colic you have a lot of pain and then you are in time to remove the blatter and stones in an emergency operation..

I think that the stones that are too large to pass through the bile duct would be unable to flush and this could cause a gallbladder attack from blockage of bile fluid. This could mean emergency surgery for someone. At age 48 myself, I think it may be best to remove the bladder with laparoscopic surgery. You are twenty years younger so the cleanse is/was best for your case. So I’m suggesting that you don’t recommend it for everyone. I’m facing the surgery in two weeks.

i tried this olive oil cleanse it works well
i didnt find any stones in my poo i did have
an amazing feeling of release in my gall blader all kinds of tingles!!!! it was good healing for my gall blader.

potatoes are good for recovery also carots
DONT EAT MEAT AND FATS FOR A WHILE. LOTS OF APPLES AND APPLE JUICE

You just drink …
You just drink apple juice and water on the 4th day. However, if you did not pass any stones the 4th day, then it’s ok to drink more olive oil and lemon juice the 4th night. Make sure you eat light meals for a few days after the cleanse (e.g. salad, soups, fruits). Try to avoid meats and dairy. Good luck!

Hello fishman2002. You say to drink the apple juice and water for 4 days and on the 3rd, to take the olive oil and lemon. What do you do on the 4th day, the apple juice and water only or do you do the olive oil and fresh lemon juice again?
