How do I go about getting a refund on my 30 day isagenix cleanse?

I am in week 3 and the isagenix cleanse just doesn’t seem to be working for me. I am following the program very well. How do I go about getting my money back? Thank you in advance.

1) Contact your coach / the person you purchased from to:
a – get the return information. (The company is very quick to pick up unused product and the process is quite easy.)
b – review what you have been doing and what isn’t working for you. The general program guide is just that general and modifications do need to be made for different people depending on their individual situation and lifestyle.
