Hi david I just wanted to know I have the phion cleanser and the detox pills I know you take the cleanser with 16 ozs of water, if i take it with 8 ozs will that be a problem? because it is hard for me to get that much water down at one time. And also for the detox pills when is the best time to take them I have candida and I just wanted to know is it okay to take them with the cleansing drink, or before I don’t know because of the bentonite, it may get drawn to the bentonite in the drink.

It’s not “normal”, …
It’s not “normal”, but is not all that uncommon. It’s not the detox product, it’s the cleanse. Sounds like you may have a lot of built up “matter”. Drink more water and think about using a systemic enzyme complex (Vitalzyme or pHion Violet) to help break-up the waste. Also, consider doing the cleanse in conjunction with a high fiber diet.
