What are some good diet pills for people with a small heart murmer?

I obviously can’t take Hydroxycut, but I want to know what diet pills you have used and saw success. I’ve tried those Hoodia pills, the green capsules that come in the gold box, but those were a joke. I used to use a kind from Twin Lab that gave me great energy and suppresed my appetite, but made my shaky. I wanted to try something new that has worked for other people. Any diet pill suggestions? Weight loss is all about food choices, portion control and getting enough exercise to burn off the calories you consume so they don’t get stored as fat. Eat lean meats like chicken with skin removed, (white meat only), fish, lean beef, cottage cheese is a really great protein also (1%) Eat lots of vegetables and at least 3 fruits per day. Avoid potatoes, white bread and sugar. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Cut out processed foods.

* Watch the sugary beverages. Instead, drink water, non-fat milk and zero-calorie beverages.
* Slow down — when you eat too fast you will eat too much.
* Choose broth-based soups, such as chicken broth, with lots of vegetables over cream soups.
* When you go out to eat, take half of your meal home.
* Keep a bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen counter instead of a jar of cookies.
* Don’t skip meals — you will just get too hungry and eat too much at the next meal.
* Add one cup of chopped vegetables to your favorite soup or pasta meal.
* Don’t keep high-calorie snacks in the house — buy fresh vegetables and fruits, low-fat yogurt, and enjoy air-popped or light popcorn.
* Keep track of calories – write down everything you eat
* Get moving – walk at a brisk pace for at least 30 minutes or run every day to burn calories.

What green tea is best when you want to lose weight? Is Arizona green tea okay to use for it?

I wanna lose some weight, not a lot just like 5-10 pounds. If I drink Arizona green tea (Red Apple) will the tea still work for the weight or no?

Arizona Green Tea has high fructose corn syrup in it, so a big giant NO to that! Just brew your own, pour it in to plastic bottles & refrigerate. Way cheaper, too!

If you are too lazy to make it yourself, The Republic of Tea is a good, healthy brand that also makes bottled teas in addition to tea bags. It should also be available at the grocery store.
